DESCRIPTION: On a delightful January day some years ago, when a mild Santa Ana wind was blowing, a good friend and pilot, Mike Garner took me up over Anacapa to photograph in the clear skies. This is looking east from the west tip of the island. Visible in the background is the coastal Point Mugu State Park and the sandhill along Pacific Coast Highway.
